The work you wish to do to your house in Mariner's Point or Mariners Landing may require a building permit from the City of Annapolis in addition to the approval of the Mariner's Point Community Association's Architectural Review Committee.

A Building Permit from the City of Annapolis is separate from an Architectural Review approval. Neither substitutes for the other and receipt of one does not imply approval of the other.
