Water Quality Meeting

Dear Mariner's Point Community Members,

The Back Creek Conservancy has been working on a Back Creek Watershed Action Plan with support from the Chesapeake Bay Trust and has identified a potential stormwater improvement project on the common grounds of the Mariner's Point Community.

The Back Creek Conservancy ( has reached out to the Mariner's Point Community Association (MPCA) to explore the possibility of supporting efforts to improve the water quality of Back Creek.

The MPCA Board of Directors will host a meeting with leadership from Back Creek Conservancy, along with technical experts, to describe the stormwater improvement projects, its potential impact on the community and how MPCA might support the efforts. We hope you are able to attend.
