Mariners Point Community FAQs
If you have recently moved into the Mariner’s Point community, you may have some questions about your Association and the services it provides. Here are some frequently asked questions and answers.
If you have not received your password from Tidewater please reach out to fshockley@tidewaterproperty.com to receive the password to the Members page.
Bills are not mailed to homeowners for their dues. You need to mail your check to the property management company each month. You may pay ahead for convenience.
Please mail your dues by the First of each month. Any dues received after the 25th of the month will be posted to the following month. Mail your homeowners’ association dues to the address on your coupon booklet or to:

Coupon books are provided through the property management company in late December. If you do not have a coupon book, please call Felicia Shockley, CMCA, AMS, of Tidewater Property Management at 443-548-0191, ext 225. If you do not have a coupon book or have misplaced it, be sure to write your property address on your check when you mail it in. (Even if you do not have your coupon book, you should still pay your dues.)
Your HOA dues cover the current upkeep and maintenance of the community property and common area. This includes the clubhouse and pool maintenance as well as the grounds surrounding these facilities. A certain portion of the dues are placed in reserve funds for projected repairs of the pool, clubhouse, and the road and parking lot. There is also a Painting Reserve fund for those homes whose exterior is painted on a five-year rotating basis.

The Mariner’s Point Clubhouse is available to community owners and their guests. Here is more information about renting the Clubhouse.
In short, you need to get the approval of the Architectural Committee. In order to apply you should complete the application form, submit your plans and be sure to follow the community’s architectural guidelines. In addition, you probably need a building permit from the City of Annapolis. Click here for information on the Mariners Point Architectural Guidelines.
